Planned Delivery

Order immediately and receive your package on the date and address of your choosing. Please check the calendar during checkout for available delivery dates. Delivery may occur one business day before or after the selected date.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Once an order is in transit, it may not be possible to change the delivery address or date. You may, however, arrange delivery through the web portal of our shipping partners for the most convenient option.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for all orders over NZD 100 (after discounts, before taxes).
Orders below NZD 100 will incur a standard shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship to other countries, including Australia. You can change the country/region and language using the country/region selector on our website.

Tracking Your Package

To track your order, refer to the shipment confirmation email.

If the item is delivered, check if someone at your home accepted it, or if it was left with a neighbour.
Look for a delivery attempt notice in your mailbox.
If your package cannot be located, contact Customer Service with your order number and tracking number.
